Some of my best conversations have come out of my Lyft rides as a passenger, but as a driver, it’s hard to know where people are at, do they want to talk? Or do they just want to sit quietly and get to where they’re going?
Why not just give them the options?
I got this idea to add a “conversational menu” for my Lyft passengers so they can decide what they want out of the experience. Credit goes to George Ure who I got this idea from: I went ahead and adopted my own!
